I got this to help with my nephews eczema as he was itching a lot. Placed some of this in a bath with baby and he got instant relief and a nice soothing feeling. It does get them clean and helps to moisturize.

My daughter has eczema and I haven't noticed a big difference to be honest. I like that it’s not scented, but she still seems to be itchy every once in a while. We even use the matching lotion after as well. I think the lotion is more effective personally.
